CSU Monterey Bay is seeking a Division Budget Officer in Enrollment Management & Student Affairs to lead the divisional budget function and advise executives on financial planning and governance.

The role requires strong fiscal management, policy enforcement, and strategic resource allocation across operating funds, with supervision of budget staff and collaboration with campus partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, public administration, or related field with progressive budget/administrative experience.
• Experience supervising professional staff and providing executive-level consultation on fiscal policy.

Responsibilities

• Direct divisional budget function and approve or elevate fiscal actions.
• Lead development and monitoring of operating, capital, and other funds.
• Supervise budget staff and provide coaching and training.
• Advise executives on financial planning, risk, and resource allocation.
• Represent divisions in campus budget planning and governance.
