• Prepare periodic budget reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop budgets, cost recovery analyses, and financial forecasts.
• Provide training on budgeting tools and processes including Data Warehouse and Axiom.
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, and unit managers on budget actions.
