Job summary

HID Global Corporation is seeking a Business Unit Senior Finance Manager in Austin, TX. The role co-owns BU strategy with the Managing Director, ensures integrity of BU results, builds models and dashboards, and partners with Shared Services to raise finance support.

You will lead planning, forecasting, and monthly reviews, driving data-driven decisions on pricing and growth. You will influence senior leaders with clear, decision-ready recommendations and develop reporting solutions to turn

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 10+ years of experience; or Master's with 7+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to influence strategic decisions (pricing, investments, portfolio choices, or M&A) as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
• Strong accounting foundation in US GAAP and/or IFRS with hands-on internal controls and audit experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including driver-based models from scratch.
• Proficient in AI for business analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with ERP and data warehouse tools; Oracle platforms preferred.
• CPA or MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own BU P&L and end-to-end results, including balance sheet oversight and controls.
• Lead annual planning, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews.
• Build financial models, dashboards, and automated reporting to drive insights.
• Present to senior leadership with decision-ready recommendations on pricing and investments.
• Serve as primary finance partner on pricing, investments, and commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with Shared Services on close activities and variance analyses.
• Identify risks and opportunities; influence stakeholders to meet commitments.
• Deliver monthly BU performance reviews and strategic analyses.
