ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB is seeking a BU Senior Finance Manager in Austin, TX. The role partners with the Managing Director to shape BU strategy, own financial results, and drive growth through pricing, investments, and disciplined capital allocation.

You will lead planning, forecasting, and monthly reviews, build driving financial models and dashboards, and present insights to senior leaders to influence strategic decisions. A strong accounting foundation and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree and 7+ years of related experience; or equivalent education and work experience.
• CPA or MBA is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle analytical platforms or comparable ERP and data warehouse tools.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including building driver-based models from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Co-own BU strategy with the Managing Director and shape where to play, how to win, and how to fund growth.
• Own BU results end-to-end, including balance sheet oversight, controls, and accounting judgment.
• Build financial models, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly performance reviews.
• Prepare and present BU performance reviews to senior leadership and drive decision-ready recommendations.
