Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 4 years in a Tech Program Manager role.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data systems (Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka).
• Strong analytics and problem-solving, data-informed prioritization, and bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale, multi-phase technology programs.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to define scope, success criteria, and roadmaps.
• Establish governance, status reporting, dependency and risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, ensuring accountability and timely decisions.
• Translate technical trade-offs into clear business impacts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks, escalating when needed and driving solutions.
• Define, track, and report key program metrics on progress, velocity, and quality.
• Provide executive-ready reporting to senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Dive into technical details when needed to remove blockers and maintain momentum.
