You will develop execution plans, manage complex programs, and ensure alignment with business objectives while collaborating with technical teams and leadership to monitor progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Project Management).
• Minimum of 10 years of proven project leadership on large cross disciplinary programs with applied knowledge of formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Six Sigma).
• Experience supporting finance, accounting, or financial systems transformation initiatives, with working knowledge of core finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program strategy with leadership.
• Organize program-related events and monitor performance.
• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to meet time, budget and business expectations.
• Establish KPIs and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Drive standardization and optimization of finance processes within the transformation program.
