Job summary

Unity is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue from agency holding companies, independent agencies, brands, RMNs, and CMNs. You will own the full commercial relationship from pitch to close and expansion, building executive relationships and multi-threaded strategies.

You will collaborate with account managers, product, and marketing to bring Unity’s brand advertising solutions to market, while maintaining an accurate Salesforce pipeline and delivering reliable forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with agency or brand-direct focus.
• Established relationships at multiple agency holding companies and independent agencies.
• Fluency in programmatic deal mechanics and cross-channel advertising.

Responsibilities

• Own a named territory of agency accounts and brands; meet quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.
• Develop account plans, map decision-makers and objectives, and tailor Unity solutions.
• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and expansion.
• Position Unity's brand advertising products as the optimal vehicle for brand KPIs.
• Collaborate with media investment leads and planners; ensure smooth onboarding and upsell.
• Maintain a clean Salesforce pipeline and provide weekly forecasts.
