Job summary

Unity Technologies is seeking a Senior Account Executive for our AdSales team in San Francisco to grow advertiser partnerships. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate IOs, and close deals that drive installs, purchases and incremental value for advertisers.

You will sell across our full set of ad products—from core network optimization to on-device channels and CTV—building long-term partnerships with gaming, commerce, finance and consumer apps while using internal BI tools to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or business development in gaming, advertising, or partnerships.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of mobile ad networks and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to pitching, IOs, and handoff to AM.
• Own a book of business, maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline.
• Sell across Unity ad products and tailor channels to advertiser goals.
• Identify new verticals and expand advertiser partnerships.
• Develop expertise in user acquisition and the mobile industry using data.
• Represent Unity at events and manage team presence at conferences.
• Leverage BI/AI tools to inform business decisions.
