Job summary

Highline Warren, LLC in Lisle, IL is seeking a strategic Brand Marketing Manager for partner brands Rain-X and Mobil 1. You will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, drive revenue growth, expand distribution, and strengthen retailer partnerships.

Reporting to Director of Integrated Marketing, you will manage licensing relationships, oversee promotional funding, retail media investments, product launches, and digital shelf optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand, product, or category marketing.
• Experience developing integrated marketing plans across multiple channels.
• Retail media network and eCommerce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly marketing plans for licensed brands including Rain-X and Mobil 1.
• Manage relationships with brand licensors and ensure alignment with guidelines and partnerships.
• Develop promotional funding strategies across key retailers including AutoZone, Walmart, Amazon, and other strategic accounts.
• Identify opportunities to grow market share, increase household penetration, and expand distribution across channels.
• Oversee content development including creative asset creation and digital shelf optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Category Management and licensors on launches and commercialization.
