Lutron Electronics is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager of Brand Engagement & A&D Partnerships to lead high-impact campaigns and engagement strategies for residential product specifications.

The role blends creative concepting, audience insight, and industry relationship-building to shape how Lutron shows up and drives demand across the customer journey—through campaigns, thought leadership, and strategic collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Marketing and related fields.
• Experience managing budgets for marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, or events.

Responsabilités

• Develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and action with high-value audiences across the residential A&D ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal Communications on campaign strategy and deliverables.
• Identify and pursue market opportunities for co-branding, partnerships, or sponsorships with third-party brands aligned with Lutron values and luxury positioning.
• Develop budget recommendations across partnership and engagement opportunities.
• Evaluate partnership proposals and activation opportunities with clear recommendations for leadership.
• Coordinate with paid media to amplify brand engagement across digital, print, and social channels.
• Spearhead influencer campaigns and thought leadership opportunities aligned with brand values and audience interests.
• Coordinate events and brand activations with internal teams and agency support.
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide insights to inform future brand efforts.
