Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience in integrated marketing campaigns for complex B2B products.
• Ability to influence architects and designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and growth initiatives for Lutron's commercial shading portfolio and future growth categories.
• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, events, partnerships, content and sales enablement.
• Champion the architecture and design community, translating insights into marketing programs.
• Partner with internal and external teams to launch new products and accelerate market adoption.
• Develop positioning, messaging, and thought leadership that differentiate Lutron in new categories.
• Apply customer and market insights to identify opportunities and optimize marketing performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to align strategies and execute successfully.
• Measure and optimize business impact through commercial metrics and KPIs.
