Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a Director of Strategy to lead integrated brand and experience strategy for healthcare portfolios. You will shape brand positioning, messaging, and narratives, guiding teams to deliver data-driven, insight-led strategies that drive growth and differentiation across channels.

You will collaborate with Creative, Media, Data, and Technology leaders to ensure strategy informs execution and maintain consistency of brand meaning across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, experience strategy, or integrated planning.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and storytelling skills; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity and adaptability in applying AI to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Direct development of strategic imperatives, critical success factors, brand positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and brand architecture.
• Champion the impact of brand building for clients and reinforce the agency’s role as a commercial partner.
• Define and guide integrated brand and experience strategy, ensuring alignment between brand intent, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Translate brand strategy into experience principles, journeys, and omnichannel engagement frameworks.
