With 5+ years in related roles and strong leadership, you will manage content, social media, media relations, and crisis communications, partnering with leadership to tell a compelling organizational story.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a related role with at least 2 years in management.
• Experience in media, PR, communications, marketing and journalism preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with media monitoring tools and CMS, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies and strengthen brand identity.
• Partner with leadership to define messages, audiences, and standards.
• Coordinate internal communications for alignment and timely dissemination.
• Oversee content across print and digital channels, including social media and email campaigns.
• Manage social media presence with consistent branding and tone.
• Monitor digital performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach.
• Lead development of internal communications and ensure brand voice.
• Produce visually compelling materials to reinforce storytelling.
• Capture photos, videos, and stories with markets and business units.
• Develop crisis communication plans for sensitive situations.
• Build relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
• Draft and distribute press materials; manage media inquiries as spokesperson.
• Track media coverage and provide leadership with insights.
• Supervise internal media team and manage external partners.
