Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V is seeking an Account Manager with a passion for creativity to drive projects on time, on budget, and to client specifications. You will shepherd detailed workflows, liaise with legal, billing and talent management, and support strategic client interactions.

The role offers opportunities to analyze competition, handle smaller solo projects, and participate in client meetings while maintaining rigorous attention to quality and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience preferred; no entry level
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Highly organized; experience coordinating integrated campaigns across multiple channels/workstreams
• Self-starter; proactive approach in managing the day-to-day
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

• Project initiation
• Scheduling client meetings and managing client-facing materials
• Ownership of internal status documents for working teams
• Developing project timelines in partnership with Project Management
• Handling meeting follow-ups/call recaps as needed
• Generating estimates and securing approvals (after consulting with Supervisor/Director)
• Managing media and value add programs
• Ongoing competitive monitoring
• Legal and network clearance in accordance with client regulation mandates
• Trafficking final creative assets (broadcast & digital)
• Talent management
• Conducting billing meetings with finance and ensuring jobs stay on budget
• Account asset management and organization across all workstreams; keeping Box folders organized
• Responding to tactical, ad hoc client requests
