Job summary

Publicis Groupe in Irvine, CA is seeking an Account Supervisor to champion brands, provide strategic input, and guide tactical planning to achieve the client’s marketing objectives.

You will maintain constant client contact, ensure timely client reporting, manage budgets, oversee production of marketing tools, and mentor junior staff.

The ideal candidate has four years of outstanding client service, is a relationship builder, has strong strategic thinking and DTC experience.

Qualifications

• 4 years of outstanding client service experience.
• Experience with DTC brands or willingness to learn DTC.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities.
• Leadership mindset to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant, positive client contact with key clients.
• Ensure client is kept apprised of all account activity and timely reports.
• Communicate and advocate the agency POV.
• Oversee production of client-approved marketing tools and balance budgets.
• Provide clear strategic direction to creative team and evaluate output.
• Manage budgets and balance client demands with project scope.
• Navigate contracts, hours, and prioritization to protect margins.
