Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years recruiting or related experience required.
• Experience with Adecco Group NA or staffing industries desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Ability to build candidate pipelines and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Conduct structured interviews and resume reviews.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and market intelligence.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and hire strategy.
• Maintain and update candidate records in ATS.
• Redeploy associates and assist with client communications.
