Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of recruiting or relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment trends.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Develop client-specific and role-specific recruiting strategies.
• Prepare candidates with resumes and interview coaching.
• Conduct structured interviews and candidate screening.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand client needs.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and redeploy temporary associates.
• Represent Adecco and provide excellent service to clients and associates.
