Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across diverse clients in the United States. You will analyze hiring needs, deploy tailored strategies, and build a robust candidate pipeline while coaching candidates through resumes and interview prep.

Responsibilities include conducting structured interviews, leveraging ATS tools, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
• Previous experience with Adecco Group North America or staffing/human resources is desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit and fill temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Develop candidate pipelines and improve engagement with passive and active candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand client needs and strategize recruiting.
• Conduct structured interviews and prescreening to assess qualifications.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance with hiring guidelines.
• Act as escalation point and SME for recruitment tools and processes.
