Job summary

Turf & Tractor Branding is seeking a Branch Manager in Ohio to lead sales, service and parts operations, drive profitability, and mentor staff. You will manage budgets, develop customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or five years’ experience in the equipment industry.
• Three years of successful business management experience in construction or equipment industry preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work with customers, motivate employees and coordinate with internal departments.
• Understanding of Accounting, Credit, Product Support and Sales functions.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to plan and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of branch management (Sales, Service, Parts) to meet profitability goals.
• Participate in branch sales activities, develop customer relationships, generate new business, and close equipment sales.
• Collaborate with customers and vendors to ensure excellent service.
• Hire, lead, develop, train and manage branch staff; promote a positive work environment.
• Assist Sales team with quotes, literature, and customer follow-up.
• Prepare annual branch budget and monitor fiscal performance against budget.
• Coordinate with Human Resources on personnel issues.
• Ensure facilities are well-maintained and functional.
