Job summary

TRUGREEN is seeking an Experienced and results-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead and enhance all sales activities at the assigned branch. The role centers on staffing and guiding a high-performance sales team to increase sales volume, maximize profits, and uphold the TRUGREEN Commitment.

You will develop strategic plans to expand our customer base within the local market, manage lead generation, and coordinate with marketing, customer service, and field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of related experience in the lawn/horticulture agronomic field required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Planning: Develop comprehensive sales plans and forecasts at the branch level.
• Marketing Program Execution: Collaborate on marketing programs to drive profit growth and expand services.
• Lead Generation: Compile lists of potential customers and support closing sales as needed.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints related to sales and service.
• Training and Development: Organize ongoing training for sales personnel.
• Workflow Management: Establish work procedures and monitor sales performance of each team member.
• Performance Standards: Develop and maintain performance standards and corrective strategies.
• Staffing and HR Management: Lead recruiting and staffing of 10+ peak reps and manage staff performance.
