Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a Branch Manager III to lead the Rancho Cucamonga Branch team, drive stellar member service, and manage operations during and after training at the Ontario campus. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Director of Branch Member Service and Performance.

You will coach staff, ensure compliance, develop business plans, and promote the credit union’s community-minded mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible management experience within a retail or financial institution is required.

Responsibilities

• Foster a professional environment delivering exceptional member service.
• Build, train, and lead an engaged branch team.
• Direct branch operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop branch business and marketing plans.
• Conduct employment interviews and evaluate performance.
• Plan and manage branch budget and expenses.
• Identify community events and partner with local groups.
