Job summary

Farmers National Banc Corp. is seeking a Branch Manager in the Pittsburgh area to direct the overall branch activities, drive four key objectives, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will lead staff to meet branch goals, promote growth, and maintain strong community ties while adhering to policy and regulatory requirements. You will interview and develop branch staff, hold sales meetings, control costs, and coordinate with marketing on campaigns.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• NMLS certification required (or obtained upon hire).
• Three years of branch management or equivalent banking leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct branch activities to achieve company objectives.
• Regularly meet and exceed branch goals to progress tiers.
• Conduct out-of-bank calls to generate new customers.
• Train staff on features and benefits of bank products to cross-sell.
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and maintain lobby appearance.
• Interview loan applicants and extend credit within lending authority.
• Ensure compliance with loan policies and procedures.
