Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior banking or relationship-building experience.
• 1+ years as a Member Service Specialist II or teller/business product banking role, preferably at Golden 1 or another financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent banking experience or education.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main resource for business members with inquiries, account servicing, and loan processing.
• Assist with online banking, ACH setups, credit solutions, and digital services.
• Conduct proactive outreach to new business members to grow engagement.
• Process commercial loan servicing requests, including payments and payoff calculations.
• Collaborate with lending, treasury management, and account servicing teams for solutions.
• Mentor junior team members to promote service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
