Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field; eight years of related experience.
• Experience leading renovation, construction and major maintenance projects.
• Knowledge of environmental and energy compliance, codes and regulations.
• Familiarity with bid processes, contract administration and cost estimating.
• Ability to manage schedules, resources and multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary designs, plans and estimates for alterations, renovation, construction and major maintenance projects.
• Coordinate cost estimates and decide in-house vs contracted work.
• Liaise with governmental/utility agencies for compliance and data collection.
• Oversee bidding, contract documents, and contractor selection processes.
• Monitor project progress, safety, and quality, ensuring regulatory compliance.
