Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm of the company and drive the goal-setting process (OKRs/KPIs) and executive agendas.
• Design and implement scalable processes underpinning a high-growth company, building the operating system across CRM, GTM and internal knowledge management.
• Break down silos between Product, Engineering, and GTM, identifying friction points and accelerating decision cycles.
• Lead strategic projects such as international expansion or new internal AI tooling implementations.
