Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Business, Mechanical or Thermal Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years leading technical sales with revenue targets.
• 7+ years bringing new technology to market in Manufacturing / Data Center.
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts into business cases for executives.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing Technical Sales team.
• Refine go-to-market strategy for Data Center segment and DLC deployment.
• Oversee pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
• Act as senior point of contact for key accounts and MSAs.
• Monitor chip TDP trends and competitor roadmaps.
• Align Sales, Solutions Delivery, and Product Development with customer feedback.
