Simplicity Group is seeking a Wealth Billing Analyst to handle monthly client billing and advisor payouts from Summit, NJ. You will work with Operations, Finance, and Advisors to ensure accurate fee structures and timely payments.

You will engage with the CFO and leadership to continuously improve billing processes, while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance in a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 2 years experience in similar roles.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Experience with Orion or similar advisor billing system preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all monthly client billing and advisor payout schedules.
• Maintain database of affiliated advisors' billing schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales and Advisor Onboarding to implement fee schedules.
• Address billing inquiries from financial advisors.
• Develop ad hoc billing reports for leadership insights.
• Improve billing and payment processes with IT and Operations.
