Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a skilled Bid Manager based in North America to join our collaborative team in Phoenix, AZ. You’ll coordinate proposals, manage timelines, and translate client needs into winning submissions that align with AGS’s strategic objectives.

You will partner with Sales, Solutions, Operations, and Finance to craft compelling content, develop win themes, and ensure high-quality deliverables across all bid activities.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of proposal writing experience.
• 3–5 years managing and developing direct reports.
• Ability to work under pressure to demanding deadlines.
• Highly organized working method with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate input from a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint per brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Time management and ability to multi-task in deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Project manage the bid process from RFx receipt through submission.
• Write proposals and related documentation supporting AGS MSP, Services Procurement (SOW), and workforce solutions offerings.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Operations to develop win themes and pursuit strategies.
• Collaborate with pitch development teams to create client-facing materials that communicate AGS’ value proposition.
• Champion customer needs throughout proposal development sessions and bid processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to build differentiated, client-focused solutions.
• Ensure all client-facing deliverables align with AGS branding and quality standards.
• Facilitate gate reviews, strategy discussions, and development meetings.
• Contribute ideas to enhance proposal content and pursuit effectiveness.
• Review and provide feedback on proposal responses and RFx submissions.
• Manage document production, version control, distribution, and QA.
• Maintain and enhance the proposal response database (Loopio).
• Document bid activity and pursuit information within Salesforce CRM.
