Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions in Hanover, Maryland is seeking a highly organized Bid Manager to join our team. You will lead proposal efforts across Business Development, Sales, Solutions, Operations and Finance, translating complex workforce solutions into winning proposals and strategic content.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of proposal writing experience.
• 3-5 years managing and developing direct reports.
• Ability to work under pressure to demanding deadlines.
• Highly organized working method with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project manage the bid process from RFx receipt through submission, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Write proposals and related documentation supporting AGS MSP, Services Procurement (SOW), and workforce solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Operations teams to develop win themes and pursuit strategies.
• Collaborate with pitch development teams to create compelling client-facing materials.
• Champion customer needs throughout proposal development sessions and bid process.
