Help Shape the Partnerships That Drive Business Growth

At Allegis Global Solutions, every new client partnership begins with a strategy, a solution, and a story.

We're seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and business-minded Bid Manager to join a team that plays a critical role in helping AGS pursue and win new business opportunities. This is more than a proposal management position—it's an opportunity to partner with leaders across Business Development, Sales, Solutions, Operations, and Finance to help shape how AGS brings innovative workforce solutions to market.

As a Bid Manager, you'll serve as a strategic partner throughout the pursuit process, bringing together subject matter experts, managing complex proposal timelines, developing compelling client-facing content, and helping translate AGS' differentiated solutions into winning proposals. This role offers exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and business functions, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise in proposal strategy, stakeholder management, workforce solutions, and business development. Over time, successful Bid Managers may have opportunities to grow within Bid Management or explore career paths across related business functions, based on performance, business needs, and career interests.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and is passionate about producing high-quality deliverables that influence business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with pitch development teams to create compelling presentations and client-facing materials that effectively communicate AGS' value proposition.
  • Champion customer needs throughout proposal development sessions, pitch creation activities, and the overall bid process.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to build differentiated, compelling, and client-focused solutions.
  • Ensure all client-facing deliverables align with AGS branding standards, quality expectations, and proposal requirements.
  • Facilitate gate reviews, proposal strategy discussions, and proposal development meetings.
  • Contribute innovative ideas that enhance proposal content, solution positioning, and pursuit effectiveness.
  • Review and provide feedback on proposal responses and RFx submissions developed by other team members.
  • Manage document production, version control, distribution, and quality assurance activities.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance the proposal response database (Loopio).
  • Document bid activity, opportunity updates, and pursuit information within Salesforce CRM.
