Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in proposal management, sales enablement, or business development in energy.
• Solid knowledge of VPPs, DERMS, and DER tech like EVs and batteries.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with CRM and proposal management tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare responses to RFPs/RFIs and coordinate procurement documentation.
• Maintain procurement portals and update responses in a timely manner.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop capture strategies.
• Lead end-to-end proposal development including writing and editing.
• Develop win themes and tailor proposals to client needs.
• Maintain a proposal content library and reusable assets.
• Create sales enablement materials and ensure demos reflect value proposition.
