Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, economics, statistics, geography, information systems, data science, marketing analytics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in analytics, BI, GIS or related disciplines.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with ArcGIS, Esri products, or GIS platforms.
• Experience supporting dealer, retail, sales, marketing, or customer experience teams.
• Knowledge of customer journey analytics and retail performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Generate actionable business insights through analysis of retail, dealer, customer, and operational performance data to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance BI solutions, including Power BI dashboards, scorecards, reporting tools, and performance metrics that improve visibility and accountability across the organization.
• Conduct geospatial and market opportunity analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize market coverage, support facility planning, and inform dealer network strategies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define analytical requirements, translate business needs into data solutions, and communicate findings through clear, actionable recommendations.
• Drive analytics adoption and user enablement by providing training, support, documentation, and best practices that increase utilization of reporting and analytical tools.
• Support cross-functional transformation initiatives through data analysis, measurement frameworks, process improvement, and automation efforts that increase organizational efficiency and scalability.
