• Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or 8 years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail for high-precision work.
• Effective communications to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Business data analysis to collect, identify, analyze and interpret data.
• Ability to assess opportunities, risks, and success factors for applications.
• Sound requirement analysis to elicit, analyze, and record functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement including intake, prioritization, requirements gathering, roadmap development, and solution adoption.
• Drive strategic analytics, reporting, application development, automation, and AI portfolio.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, commercial, manufacturing, and product teams to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of Power BI, Sigma, Snowflake, web apps, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Facilitate governance, communications, risk management, and milestone tracking across analytics portfolio.
• Champion process improvement and data-driven decision making.
