Job summary

Key Cooperative in Roland, Iowa is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to build and support reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools that help financial, operational, and management teams make better decisions. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into reliable BI solutions and secure data access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in BI/analytics or related field.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Building, validating, deploying, supporting, monitoring and improving dashboards, BI reports, datasets, KPIs and metrics.
• Translating business questions into reporting requirements and data source needs.
• Delivering financial, operational, profitability, customer and inventory reporting with approved definitions.
• Identifying insights and process improvements to enhance visibility and decision-making.
• Documenting reporting logic, data sources, ownership, refresh schedules and access requirements.
• Maintaining secure reports and dashboards following data-use policies.
• Training users to access and interpret BI reports and findings.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to define, build, test and improve BI reports.
• Managing reporting requests based on value, risk and resources.
• Supporting user acceptance testing for dashboards and system updates.
• Providing progress updates and next steps to stakeholders.
