Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to help clients improve data and processes by gathering, interpreting and defining data. You will review data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence.

You will generate reports from multiple sources, review data accuracy, and build applications to visualize data for stakeholders, while following an agile framework and embodying CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of the project lifecycle with a focus on collecting business requirements and UAT.
• Ability to lead meetings and present key findings to stakeholders.
• Experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio or similar.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports using data from multiples sources to understand trends in data.
• Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from stakeholders.
• Build applications used to collect and display data to customers.
• Identify opportunities for improvements among the clients and company.
• Assist with the coordination involving personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Work as an individual and with teams, as needed.
• Follow an agile framework to plan, organize and communicate work.
• Become a subject matter expert on topics related to commercial real estate.
