Qualifications

• Proven experience in a BI/Analytics or Data Science role supporting a subscription, digital media, or e‑commerce business.
• Hands-on experience with cohort-based retention analysis and pricing impact on retention and revenue.
• Experience designing and implementing LTV methodologies for forecasting and portfolio optimization.
• Proficiency with a BI/visualization tool to build dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics for subscription revenue forecasting and budget modeling.
• Build retention analyses by cohort to assess pricing changes on retention and revenue.
• Develop and operationalize LTV models for current and new offers.
• Analyze advertising revenue by cohort and referrer to evaluate campaigns.
• Create, QA, and document logic for key funnel and behavioral metrics for stakeholders.
• Deliver dashboards, reports, and presentations that drive decisions; ensure data quality and trust.
