Qualifications

• Proven BI/analytics experience for subscription/digital/media/e-commerce.
• Experience with cohort-based retention analysis and pricing impact on retention/revenue.
• Design and implement LTV methodologies to support forecasting and portfolio optimization.
• Forecasting subscription revenue and budget planning, modeling offer types and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics to drive subscription growth, retention, and revenue optimization.
• Build and maintain retention by cohort analyses; quantify impact of pricing changes.
• Develop and operationalize LTV models for current and new offers.
• Analyze advertising revenue by cohort and referrer to assess campaign performance.
• Create, QA, and document logic for key funnel and behavioral metrics; deliver dashboards and reports.
• Partner with teams to translate questions into analytical requirements and visuals.
