Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits in Honolulu is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow SGWS’s business across a designated territory through influential leadership and strategic sales initiatives.

You will manage revenue targets, analyze performance, collaborate with accounts and internal teams, and ensure profitability while delivering the Top Shelf Benefits and career growth SGWS offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of industry-related sales experience.
• Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Ability to manage and stay within a budget.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, margin, and gross profit targets.
• Communicate local program spending to maximize profits and ROI.
• Analyze and project quarterly and monthly business for the territory.
• Provide guidance to internal teams to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles.
• Identify market trends and develop strategies to stay ahead of competition.
