Job summary

Power Solutions International, a leading manufacturer of emissions-certified powertrains, seeks a Manager of Employee Benefits to lead benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and 401(k). The role involves data analysis, regulatory compliance, and cost management, reporting to the HR Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR or Business preferred; may substitute with direct applicable work experience.
• Experience managing employee benefits policies and 401(k) retirement plans.
• Regulatory compliance: ADA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, DOL, ERISA.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office (Excel) and Paycom HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and administration of benefit programs (medical, dental, disability, life, wellness, retirement).
• Manage new hire and annual open enrollment cycles with HR teammates, vendors and partners.
• Develop regular leadership reporting to monitor program effectiveness and costs.
• Oversee vendor relationships and monitor SLAs, costs, and performance.
• Maintain HRIS Paycom and assist Payroll and HRIS; ensure system security.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, DOL and ERISA.
• Manage leaves of absence process and communications with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage an integrated wellness program for employees and dependents.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
