Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Baseline knowledge of voluntary benefit solutions and technology.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Support the team in delivering client work on time per the statement of work.
• Manage the RFP processes with carriers and build RFP workbooks.
• Conduct RFP financial modeling and comparisons.
• Assist in creating/peer reviewing marketing results presentations.
• Maintain client data and VB pipeline in VB tools.
• Coordinate enrollment audits and renewals.
• Serve as primary contact for strategy, marketing, implementation, and day-to-day tasks.
