Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years in benefits administration with retirement/wellness program exposure.
• Experience managing health, welfare, retirement, wellness and leave programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continuous improvement of benefits programs.
• Oversee vendor relationships and benefits operations governance.
• Ensure ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA compliance.
• Manage annual enrollment and program communications.
• Provide analytics on costs, participation, and ROI.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, IT and finance.
• Lead audits and nondiscrimination testing.
