Job summary

Vybond Group, Inc. is a global leader in adhesive solutions, headquartered in Franklin, Kentucky. We are seeking a Benefits & Leave Specialist to manage day-to-day benefits programs, COBRA, and leave administration, reporting to the Payroll & Benefits Manager.

This role supports vendor coordination, compliance, and employee wellness initiatives across multiple plans and carriers. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in HR with a focus on benefits, experience with Paycom or similar HRIS, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field; equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in benefits and leave administration.
• Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
• Experience reconciling invoices and managing vendor relationships.
• Experience supporting open enrollment and employee benefit communications.
• Manufacturing experience preferred and strong knowledge of benefits laws (FMLA, ACA, ERISA, COBRA).
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life and voluntary plans.
• Process enrollments, life events, changes, and terminations within service levels.
• Support Open Enrollment planning, testing and communications.
• Configure and audit benefit plans in Paycom; liaise with carriers and vendors.
• Resolve benefit questions and invoice discrepancies; assist with vendor transitions.
• Administer COBRA processes and ensure compliant documentation.
• Oversee leave administration, coordinating with third-party leave administrator and HRBP partners.
• Coordinate employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and internal policies.
