Job summary

Motional is seeking a Benefits Analyst in Boston to lead day-to-day administration of Health & Welfare, Leave, Recognition, and 401(k) programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

You will serve as SME for Benefits & Leave, partner with payroll and finance, and support audits and reporting, including ACA and 5500 filings.

The role emphasizes data integrity, effective employee communication, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely plan funding and payments.

Qualifications

• Experience with benefits data management and HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with ACA, ERISA, COBRA and HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to audit enrollments and manage vendor data.

Responsibilities

• Data mine benefits enrollment data in HRIS and flag inconsistencies.
• Audit enrollments with vendors to ensure data integrity.
• Manage benefit data integrations with carriers.
• Prepare ACA, 5500 filings, and other compliance reports.
• Communicate plan details and changes to employees.
• Own the Benefits and Leave mailboxes and respond to inquiries.
