Armada seeks a Benefits Manager to own the US benefits program—enrollments, renewals, broker management, and compliance. You will work with HR Ops, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Global Mobility to deliver compliant, scalable benefits experience.

You will manage open enrollment, partner with brokers, and ensure accurate payroll deductions. Remote US-based role with equity and benefits subsidies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in benefits administration or Total Rewards, or a Master's degree and 3+ years.
• Hands-on ownership of US open enrollment in a high-growth company.
• Strong knowledge of US benefits regs: ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125.
• Experience with brokers, carriers, vendors; accountability for service quality.
• Proficiency with HRIS/benefits platforms; strong spreadsheets & reporting.
• Clear, empathetic communication; credibility with leadership.
• Team-first, low-ego; able to build structure in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilités

• Own benefits administration end-to-end for US employees; enrollments, changes, COBRA, offboarding.
• Run open enrollment; coordinate with broker/carriers; deliver clear communications.
• Manage brokers, carriers, vendors; enforce SLAs; assist with cost/quality analysis.
• Maintain compliance calendar; ERISA/ACA/COBRA/HIPAA/Section 125; escalate risks.
• Handle benefits questions; support sensitive situations with discretion.
