Job summary

Armada is seeking a seasoned benefits professional to lead Total Rewards initiatives in the United States. You will oversee open enrollment, manage broker relationships, and ensure compliance with US benefits regulations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in benefits/Total Rewards, strong regulatory knowledge, and a track record of delivering competitive benefits and equity programs. This role offers a comprehensive compensation package and generous PTO.
