Job summary

OneDigital seeks a Financial Benefits Consultant to support financial analysis for client group benefit programs. You will prepare benefit illustrations and client reports, collaborating with Account Managers and Benefits Consultants.

Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include drafting exhibits, cost projections, and utilizing carrier data to benchmark plans.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of financial analysis for group benefit programs.
• Draft and review benefit and financial illustrations for clients.
• Prepare client utilization reports and cost projections for plans.
• Analyze industry benchmarks and support design changes based on data.
• Maintain relationships with carrier partners and internal databases.
• Assist Account Managers and Benefits Consultants on special projects.
