Job summary

OneDigital seeks a Financial Benefits Analyst to support financial analysis for clients’ group benefit programs. You will collaborate with the financial support team to provide illustrations and analyses that help clients evaluate their benefit plans.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree (Business/Finance preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office is essential, with healthcare insurance knowledge a plus.

• Drafts monthly reporting deliverables for clients.
• Analyzes industry benchmarks and drafts information to show competitiveness.
• Develops and maintains relationships with carrier partners.
• Maintains accurate market information in internal databases.
• Assists team and clients with special projects.
