Job summary

OneDigital's Financial Benefits Analyst supports all aspects of financial analysis related to clients’ group benefit programs and collaborates with the financial support team to provide benefit illustrations for client evaluation.

Essential duties include drafting exhibits, utilization reports, monthly deliverables, benchmarking, maintaining market data, and fostering carrier partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; related fields preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or benefits.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills expected.
• Healthcare industry experience with group insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drafts exhibits for quarterly and annual client meetings.
• Produces client utilization reports and analyzes data for plan changes.
• Prepares monthly reporting deliverables for clients.
• Analyzes industry benchmarks to show competitiveness.
• Maintains strong relationships with carrier partners.
• Keeps market information current in internal databases.
• Supports team and clients on special projects.
