Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Administers benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, FSA/HSA, retirement, COBRA, and wellness.
• Determines eligibility, processes elections, terminations, and changes; maintains records.
• Coordinates renewals/open enrollment and HRIS/ERP system administration.
• Manages FMLA and other leave programs; coordinates return to work.
• Provides benefits counseling and processes documentation.
• Ensures compliance with laws and internal policies; communicates benefits information.
