Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage employee benefits across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement plans, FSA/HSA, and wellness programs. You will coordinate enrollments, life events, and annual Open Enrollment, while maintaining accurate records in HRIS and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Two years of benefits administration experience.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, ERISA, FMLA, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, FSA/HSA).
• Process enrollments, life events, and open enrollment within timelines.
• Maintain accurate benefit records in HRIS and systems.
• Audit data and coordinate with payroll and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Support benefit communications and compliance reporting.
